Missing or incorrect units

We have to restart this thread. The forum rules do not allow posting mtf files here, so I will no longer be able to provide you with them.
Nevertheless, the input I got here made it possible to find and fix a lot of errors in the unit files, so I would like you to go on to provide this information.

so, does anyone know what's the easy way of getting the latest updated *.zip files for the units from the SourceForge page?

Click on Code - SVN Browse and navigate to trunk/megamek/data/mechfiles, you can find the zipfiles there.

Just to show I'm not completely dependent on this thread and can actually find errors by myself Grin: I fixed the MGs and the armor type of the DI Morgan Assault Tank.
MGs are now there (not only their ammunition  Shocked) and Heavy Ferro Fibrit is the correct armor type for this tank Wink

And while I'm at it: Added SSRM2 Ammo for Marsden IIB

ps: with the units missing Artemis ammo - do you want someone to go through the units and do up a list for you ( I *might* have a bit of free time today to do some -  no promises though).

if so, would you  want just the unit name/variant or do you want the folder they are in as well or something else?

The first two configurations (Invictus/Dominus) of the Celestial Omnis are entered twice in the folder 3072 IS and 3075 IS.
Maybe the Mechs in the folder 3072 IS can be deleted?

I added the Elemental Headhunter. Sure, without all the fancy equipment and the Improved Sensors are the IS ones (I have no idea how the code for Clan version goes Wink), but who cares as long as they work.

The Scout variant of the GDL BA has no weapons at all, in the official source. The variant with the MG is a custom one, so it's fairly unimportant which weapon it mounts as long as it is not overweigh, which it is. I probably should add the official, unarmed, one too...

Huh?
Why should be the Armed one unofficial. Accouding to TW/TM, they can use the infantry weapons!
Otherwise you have to change also

No idea, why you see the Lasers in the head, they are all where they should be. But I changed them to rear mounted Wink

That's because the 'Mech has 1 point of excess armor, due to the rule change in Ferro Fibrious armor. Untill a new RS is out, the Night Gyr (and some other units) will remain illegal.

I don't know if you are handling images as well, but the Bombard appears to be missing its image, which according to the mechset.txt should be bombard.gif.

I'm not very good with images, at least with creating new ones... But modifying existing ones to fit another configuration is something I can at least try (did it with the Zeus X, even though someone else got the thanks  Grin (but perhaps we both send an image for this 'Mech and his was taken, who knows Wink))
Anyway, I will check if I find a way to work something out for the Bombard. But not today, too much other stuff to do to try something I'm not that good with Wink
