add the file is updated anyway. updated all vehicle BVs to current heavy metal vee BV2. added RS MWDA vehicles. added RS Unique Fighters aero.

Yes. The Excel file is in Xotl's thread (in my sig). But I was constantly seeing new posts saying "where are BF stats", so I wanted to put the stats only in a seperate thread. The PDF is just the abbrev Credits and BF Stats tabs from the Excel spreadsheet. *starts converting warships*

Did you use the Black Lion from TP: Sian or TRO 3057r? The Sian sheet is highly flawed.

uploading v2.19 now. included Jumpships, the Lost Warships from TRO3057R, the Warships/Jumpship from TRO 3075, the dropships from Jihad Secrets (also added a note that the battlemechs from Jihad Secrets had been added a while ago). I have some small craft to do (go Battle Taxis), and that should be all military hardware. if something is missing, please let me know.

updated. added Jumpships added SLDF Royal Vehicles and Aero Added BV for RS Sword and Dragon mechs fixed Aerospace,Dropship, Warship, Infantry & BattleArmor BV added JHS3076 Dropships/Warship added TRO3057R Small Craft renamed Infantry and Battle Armor "mechcodes" to hopefully make them easier to find moved AC/SRM/LRM damage to Base for Aerospace (Dropships/Warships) since those types do not separate it out

somebody on another thread mentioned Battlemech comparison charts. originally meant physical height, but got me to consider comparing BF stats. the chart image below is from all the units I've converted so far, which is every one I have found so far  . This chart is Battlemechs only, by weight class and then tech level. Average Short, Medium and Long range damage values, then movement speed, battle value, armor and structure.

SO BattleForce has some substantial differences - everything has armour and structure now, tanks can have turret as well as front arcs and can take motive crits, units with large numbers of missile launchers or autocannons can use specialist ammo, there's a lot of new special traits that weren't there before

I ran some comparison units between HMP and doing it through SO, and there's enough differences that I'm going to be generating our October game by hand. Not that I'm thrilled at that prospect mind you...

Plus a huge number of the short-range mech damage values will be different, because of the ways in which the two rulesets calculate melee damage differently.

I have to advocate using nckestrel's spreadsheet over redoing everything by hand Slade. All of our TPC Battleforce games have been done using numbers from his spreadsheet and we have had virtually no problems. We have played at least a dozen good games and I really like the format of presenting the info, it even includes bubbles for armor and structure.
Thanks again for all the hard work to all who have helped generate such a great tool. I personally think that we will never see the official stats from Catalyst so the spreadsheet has truly been a savior. Everyone in our group who has played BF has really enjoyed it and we are still adding in more layers and rules with each game.

I've already written in the sheet printing (into Battletech Force Balancer too) but we are trying to finalize the special abilities and damage amounts. With that said, thanks to you guys for all this great work, I am using the files as my comparison to see if we are getting it right or not.
