The Return of Rule 8

Since we still have some issues with certain Unseen artwork, Rule 8 has returned.

You may have an avatar with the unseen, but not any sig art. Please remove any unseen from your signature.

Posts with unseen art will be pulled. We'll not give any Warnings, for now.
